Payam (administrative division) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Payam (administrative division) A payam is the second-lowest administrative division, below counties, in South Sudan. Payams are required to have a minimum population of 25000. They are further subdivided into a variable number of bomas. As of 2009, South Sudan's 514 payams have an average of 4.2 bomas each.
